2.2、Protection device: Install stainless steel water level protector to protect water pump and heating pipe.
2.3、Temperature management: heating power 4500W, LCD adjustable temperature controller, normal temperature -95 degrees;
2.4、Filtration system: 0.5HP stainless steel water pump +10 "304L stainless steel filter + stainless steel pressure gauge。
2.5、Backflow water: spray water through the bottom outlet backflow to the sub-tank below the station, and then flow to the oil-water separator after filtration through the centrifugal pump and spray pipe to the spray tank;
2.6、Water inlet: Install 25 pagoda ball valve connected with external water inlet pipe
2.7、Drainage: Install 25 pagoda ball valve connected with external drainage pipe
2.8、The size of spray water is adjustable；
2.9、Spray time can be adjusted; Spray time can be adjusted according to the actual production needs of the site 0-99 minutes or normally open；

Remark：
1、Mesh belt using teflon material mesh belt, anti-corrosion, anti-friction, the machine installed inside the double-layer adjustable mesh belt products sandwicked in the middle of the net belt to prevent cleaning products blown away or large displacement；
2、All electronic control systems are installed in an independent control cabinet, which is controlled by PLC；
3、The net belt operation surface is 850MM above the ground;
4、SUS304 is used as the main material, but SUS201 is used as the material that is not the main function；
5、Four casters, two brake wheels and two universal wheels are installed at the bottom of the equipment, and four heavy equipment foot cups are installed at the same time；
